1. Be an “International Trade Finder”(ITF) you don’t need any electronic device to find a client for AdamArt USA, Inc. All you do is identify/solicit potential Ready, Willing, Able (RWA) investors to participate in our multi-sector private equity opportunity: spanning aerospace, satellite communications, energy, real estate, global exports, and space technology. If you do this on a regular and pre-arranged basis you can receive over 25% finder's commission for a single side of a transaction and a continual 2% royalty fee on the net profit from your account.
2. Advance to an “International Trade Coordinator” (ITC) and work independently. This is very handy for an individual or business that has clients or friends, or for a business that wishes to have a designated person as their officer to work with any of the six (6) subsidiaries. There is an annual fee of $60 membership in an ITC position.
    
3. Qualify to become a remote “International Trade Manager”(ITM). This category of officer can be located anywhere in the world and work with a network via our cloud-based PMS connected to the internet. There is an annual $120 per year membership fee for an ITM. All you need is to have access to the Internet. It’ll be just like being in our head office in Los Angeles, only better. You are totally flexible, highly efficient, autonomous, and productive at a low cost in your off-site location. Once an ITM is connected to our network as a remote outside sales manager or distributor, his/her costs become predictable. You can always have access to our server computer free of charge via VoIP (Voice-over-Internet Protocol) and live webinars.
4. Because an ITM. There is a $120 annual fee for the enrollment agreement for this category. This is more like going into business for yourself devoid of the purchase of equity.

Our major product lines include, but are not limited to: Mineral, Oil, & Gas; Arabica coffee green beans, hospital and medical equipment exports. And by becoming an international Trade Coordinator/Manager who works through our network, we are allowing others to operate under our umbrella, including the installation of a network in our offices around the globe to communicate and coordinate.  

To join AdamArt USA, Inc. as an ITF, you must have a sponsor, someone who is already an international trade coordinator (ITC) or above, and have completed an ITF application and submitted it to your sponsor. Again, there is no fee for becoming an ITF in our system.

International Trade Finder (ITF) Job Description:

An ITF primary job is only to find clients and/or RWA equity investors for AdamArt USA, Inc. Or any of its subsidiaries. The finder receives a recurring 2% loyalty fee monthly. ITF is assigned a code that makes it easier to identify its accounts. For those who would like to work with AeroKuta, Kh2 real estate, and SPI One: those are licensed business entities. Employees/participants in those subsidiaries may need either a real estate license, or a private security, and/or private investigation license if they are to work anywhere in the United States. 

2. International Trade Coordinator (ITC)

To move to the rank of an independent transaction coordinator (ITC) and be able to introduce other ITFs, your leads must be producing a sales volume of $250,000 per quarter for one year. You must pay a $600 per year ITC annual membership fee to our system. Again, an ITC works outside our office, but does all of their own work as an independent contractor. This is very handy for an individual or business that already has clients or a business that wishes to have a designated person in their office to work in our global network.
 

Benefits: As an ITC, you are entitled to sell specified products under its licenses and earn a commission of 40% per each closed transaction. You are also entitled to earn an 8% commission from each closed transaction introduced by your personally sponsored ITF. Each time one of your personally sponsored ITFs qualifies for an ITC, you will earn another bonus of $950 for products sold to a client by your sponsored ITF

3. International Trade Manager (ITM)

When three of your personally sponsored ITF qualify as ITC, or you are producing a sales volume of $250,000 per quarter, you will automatically be promoted to the position of an ITM. You can now begin to build the six-member team to qualify you for AdamArt USA, Inc. Regional Director International (RDI). An ITM is also qualified to receive some of our specified products on consignment following their two weeks of training in the United States. An ITM can introduce as many new ITF s wrldwide as you wish.
 

When three of your personally sponsored ITF qualify as ITC by producing sales volume of $250,000 per quarter, you will automatically be promoted to the position of an ITM. You can now begin to build the six-member team to qualify you for RDI. An ITM is also qualified to receive some of our specified IT products on consignment following their two weeks of training in the US. An ITM can introduce as many new ITF sorldwide as you wish.

Benefits: As an ITM, you are entitled to sell AdamArt USA, Inc. consolidated specified products under its DTC licenses to clients and earn a commission of 50% per closed transaction. You will earn a bonus of $1,000 For each closed deal introduced by any of your personally sponsored ITF.s Whenever one of your personally sponsored ITFs qualifies for an ITC earns a bonus of $950 for each of the positions of ITC that were personally sponsored by any of your sponsored or inherited ITCs.
 

4. Regional Director International (RDI)

When as an ITM you have personally sponsored six ITFs who qualified for the position of ITC, you will automatically be promoted to the position of a “Regional Director International” (RDI) and assigned your geographical location in a foreign country or in the United States. You are allowed to choose your own country of assignment; otherwise, AdamArt USA, Inc. will find a country and assign you. As an RDI, it is your responsibility to help train and develop all of the ITF and ITC within your locality. This will include recruitment and training, meeting and supervising, and giving support to ITC and ITM in your area.

Benefits: As an RDI, you will continue to earn all the benefits of an ITM. You will also earn an override bonus of $ 2,000 on new sales that are made by the ITF, ITC, and ITM, whom you personally sponsored from the point at which you qualified as RDI. As a team-based business, when any of your personally sponsored ITCs have themselves personally sponsored three new ITFs, who qualify for the position of ITC, they will be automatically promoted to the position of ITM and more out of your team. On leaving your team, they will leave behind the three ITFs that they introduced in order to achieve their qualifications as ITM. This means that although this newly qualified ITM has left your team, you have now inherited three new ITCs who move up and increase your first line.

When these inherited first lines, ITC personally sponsors three new ITFs who qualify for the position of ITC, they will also automatically qualify for the position of ITM and leave your team. Equally, they too will leave behind the three ITCs who qualified them to be promoted to ITM. When three of your personally sponsored ITFs qualify as ITC or you are producing a sales volume of $250,000 per quarter, you will automatically be promoted to the position of an ITM. Again, the ITM can begin to build the six-member team to qualify you for RDI.
